Major cement production line projects that Pengfei Group undertake

Jiangsu Pengfei Group customer service department work summary in 2013

To Jiangsu Pengfei Group, the year 2013 is an extraordinary year. The domestic and foreign projects that our company undertakes add rapidly. Though work for customer service department is tough, all the staff finish the work excellently by overcoming various difficulties and unfavorable factors. In 2013, the major foreign cement production lines that Pengfei Group undertakes are as follows:

一． Foreign projects that Jiangsu Pengfei Group customer service department gives direct service to in 2013:

1. Mongolia KHUTUL Cement Plant 2500T/D cement clinker production line contractor project 

Project participants：Chu Sheng, Li Wancong, Cui Hengui, Cui Xiaohua and so on

Main content of the project：project：supply and installation guide and debugging of whole production line complete sets of electromechanical equipment. At Present equipment installation, single machine and the linkage of commissioning are over. At present the production line has been debugged to produce clinker.

 2. (new) 1500T/D cement production line clinker burning technological transformation project

Project participants：Cui Yicun, Hu Shaowei and so on

Main content of the project：production line burning system civil construction, supply and installation guide and debugging of whole production line. At present production line technological transformation civil construction work, and equipment delivery to the port  and the site and so on are ongoing.

3. Rwanda 1500T/D Cement production line project 

Project participants：Wang Shuiqing, Zhu Hongjin, Zhao Fangfang and so on

Main content of the project：supply and installation guide and debugging of whole production line complete sets of electromechanical equipment. At present most of the equipment has been delivered to the site and installation is under way.

4. Zerbaijan cement mill technical renovation project

Project participants：Cao Jin, Cui Xiaohua, Li Guangjun and so on

Main content of the project：Installation guide and debugging of cement mill technical renovation electrical and mechanical equipment. At present installation guide of technical renovation equipment is finished. Test run will be taken next year. 

5. Russian volga cement plant 2500 t/D production line project 

Project participants： Chen Hegen and so on

Main content of the project：supply and installation guide of whole production line complete sets of electromechanical equipment。

6. Vietnam YiAn oil plant 912 1500 t/D clinker cement production line project

 Project participants：Lu Yi and so on

Main content of the project：supply and installation guide of whole production line complete sets of electromechanical equipment。

7.  ACICO 50 t/h cement grinding production line

Project participants：Qu Qibing,  Bao Yongbin, etc

Main content of the project：civil construction, supply and installation guide of whole production line complete sets of electromechanical equipment。

1. Xinjiang kuqa Hui Xin mining vertical mill grinding station project

Project participants：Cui Xiaohua Xu Jinchun

Main content of the project：vertical mill grinding station electromechanical equipment supply, installation and debugging.  Now this project is on civil construction and installation construction come right away.

2. Haian Xiang Xin Mining Powder Co. LTD Vertical Mill Grinding Station 

Main content of the project：vertical mill grinding station electromechanical equipment supply, installation and debugging.  Now this project is on civil construction and installation construction come right away.
